is the play up and down or in and out,, if you catch my drift,, have you split the flywheel boss by tightening it up too much and forcing the woodruff key into the keyway causing it to split?? is the woodruff key in good nick?? threads on the nut any good?? threads on the crank any good?? is the boss loose??

not sure if it is m8 , just tried an AF flywheel on it to see if there was any play an it didnt seem to move in or out so maybe im thinking it could be that shitty elmac flywheel that i bought i was having probs with the scooter when i started it , it sort of bogged an backfired an when i went to pull away on it , it sounded like it was breaking up at low revs but wasnt to bad at 50 but at lower speeds like stuttering
