I'd agree with that, it appears that anything that comes out of Vietnam is scootrs and that's not the case. I'm not here to defend Randall especially but I've run 2 scootRS outboard hydraulic front discs for many thousands of miles and they both fitted centrally. Initially one was problematic but it turned out to be a wharped disc link and nothing to do with the ScootRS kit.
My PM disc is way off centre and leans but it's got nothing to do with the disc itself, it's a combo of Indian forks and links that won't sit central.
