GP bulbholder ~ which way up ?

I've worked on two GPs in the last week, on one the bulbholder was positioned so that the terminals were at the top, and the other they were below... but which is right ?
top looked more right, and was easier to get to the terminals.
it must affect the dip pattern...

the festoon bulb for the side lights gos at the top,
and the holder clips in to the head light unit,
so can only go one way,

they seem to fit badly either way up ! :biggrin:
I'm not going to change this one, only supposed to be fixing the brakes

this one needs the headset wiring sorting too, so may as well refit it the correct way up... every job I go to do starts an avalache of further work...
