Starting point is 40C Mark so can't tell as it didn't move above that pottering around at 20-30mph, but it did move a bit, so I'm hoping.

I had my Son today, but tomorrow I'll give it a wee rip.

The sender is about 6 inches from the head

Mark sussed out my problem, I had the sender on the wrong hose.

There's a join on the other hose in the same position so it's a straight swap.
