new 5/6 plate clutch for lambrettas

been busy making a billet rear hub to go with the inboard disc ,looks ok, so you can mount a standard lammy wheel ,lot awork ,wouldt mind trying your clutch in the big old motor , :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: ,if it can stand 80hp jobs agoodun :roll:

right got me clutch ,basket removed from primary gear now hunting for the basketless lammy crownwheel somewhere in the house (or shed possibly)....first thing i noted was lammy steels are slightly too big to drop in the rotax basket ....so what do your steels £££??

You'll need a 47 tooth crown wheel. Fitting an Aprilia basket into a 46T duplex sprocket with leave you with 2 x 46T simplex sprockets unless you put the basket on the lathe which is a bit tricky.

Its easy , machine outside ,inside ,mill, stretch ,make the springs and steels and top plate ,weld ,heat treat and fit ! ;) ;)

lots ....... lol ! When theve been tested and proven i will start knockin em out Intrestingly messing about today with an 8 plate mb , foxhat type spider runnin a 10mm packer and managed to swap it all over to 8 motorcycle plates pretty easily with the parts ive made.......e :D
