Bought this about 2 years ago already painted, it wasn't a runner when I got it, but after a fair bit of work it was MOT'd and running the day before we set off to YSA Holland 2009.

Bought it for the engine as I'd had an RS Tuning top end previously and had been looking for another since selling my own. I knew it was a non runner and wasn't sure what the full extent of what would be needed to get it going again but was sure once it had been sorted it would be worth it. I changed it a little bit last year but nothing much done to it really other than appearance as it'd always been really reliable and a trusted motor since the original rebuild.

End of last year decided I wanted to have a full rebuild/upgrade etc. It's been a slow process but it's nearly there now...just in time for YSA Holland again next month!

Engine is: RS Tuning Suzuki 190, TV2 barrel, full circle crank 115mm rod, Dellorto 30, Chiselspeed M-Tech adjuster box, Ducati Electronic, LI150 16/46, RS Tuning 44mm Clubman.

Was dyno'd last year and I was surprised by the results which weren't amazing figures, but it sits with all the big bikes in our club comfortably and used to eat hills up with the old 16/46 combination and Clubman. It was so smooth and had bags of torque a really nice ride.

I've kept myself going by logging on here, traipsing around parts fairs, browsing dealer sites and trawling eBay for bits and bats (now also have a pile of shiny sh1t that doesn't fit too). It's driven me nuts at times and a bit gutted that I've missed a few rides already this year.

So apologies for all the inane questions asked here recently...once it's up and running again I'll stay Schtum for a while and just enjoy riding it!!!

As it was when I bought it.

A few subtle changes and this was last proper rally it did - Kelso last year. Then it was garaged after as I was abroad for a bit. It was stripped in October and this version was started properly End of Jan this year.

Decided to stay with the Supertune logo and panel stripe and loosely build a 70's club rider style bike. GP is 1978 so going to try and locate some period (wiseco? haha) stickers to blob on here and there.

Apologies for going on and on and also for the phone pics which aren't that ace either.

Thanks Stu.

Lovely Lambretta, Looks the biz.

I recognise that spot. Is it the pub car park beside the garage?

Danger, you selling a Ralph Saxelby 225 kit? May be interested for the £150 asking price.

You posted on FB you had an RS225 kit for sale and I thought I was getting a Bargain!!!

Never mind, change that to a MA225 kit and I'm sure it'll still sell quickly mate.

Got your text but out of credit so I can't reply.

It's a Morris Lambretta shocker from Thailand.

Ridden bikes with them on before, with a pillion as well. I haven't heard of one snapping yet and the roads over there are pretty bad in places.

Trying to get something along the lines of this race bike.
