I've just been wiring up my varitronic system and I'm wondering if I can run my lights/horn off the DC feed on the regulater, or is that feed only ok to charge a battery with?
If I can use the DC feed is it as simple as contecting the brown wire on the loom (that feeds the lights/horn) to the DC feed on the regulater and away I go?

its not man enough sadly , that one of the reasons i got my dead sil stator rewound to run a hi spec dc scoot and got rid of the variotronic setup
