I have been toying with the idea of having my casings and TS 225 barrel welded up for bigger transfer openings but wondered
1. Is it worth it?
2. Will it distort the barrel as new and I don't want to replate?
3.Is it best to remove the fins in the area to be welded to get in better?

Finally I have a choice of 3 cranks all 58 stroke, with 107,110 and 115 rods and can't make up my mind which to use.I would like to build a revver because of the exhaust(Mickek race, altered) being used but would like to reduce the transfer open to 125 deg ish then raise the exhaust to 185- 190 degrees with porting.I realise I can vary the pack plate to lower the transfers but would like some other opinions ,thanks

It reminded me of that time in a Peterborough night club about 15 years ago when I was well and truly wankered dancing with a really tall bird with big hands trying to pull her.

I thought my secret was out!!!!
Stay tuned..............
