dont do pics. but the scooter its off was bought brand new (not a re built one) from AF"s in 1995, and had the "Bus seat", so probly something to do with the seat/ scoop set up. took it off to put a proper scoop and italian seat on. ran fine with it on. its just a round plate with a metal bracket to attach it to the to scoop holes, with a small gap between it and the frame. wish i"d kept the seat, it looked s**t, but was really comfy.
