well here are some more pictures,from my misty foggy workshop,ive been busy sorting stuff out ,the series one isapart now,what af**king job that was ,finished the hydraulic clutch ,and the clutch aswell made the engine mount bolt spacers ,finished side plate packer. :bouncing:
i built a twin disc set up to go in my gp,dug it out so will put this in this bike ,sunday morning was sorting out alist of bits of junk i need at wicksted park ,next job is drill out all the snapped bolts in headset ,horncasting ,engine casing ,made cnc machined inlet manifold flange for the motor ,getting through my list of jobs .got to make fuel tank battery box mount the rads and weld up that exhaust

most of the broken bolts in headset ,horncasting have been repaired .
managed to make these bits for in bord rear disc
any way photos still foggy

will make the rear disc and wheel adapter this week ,,
looking forward to taking me ts1 gp to santa pod next saturday ,better take an egg timer
