I have the ScootRs Lambretta ordinary set up ie not anti dive and mine is central.
Just in the process of fitting the Vespa version ScootRs disc to a 1963 GL Vespa using a SIP remade PK fork tube, so after reading the article in the latest Scootering mag about fitting PX Disc conversions causing the front wheel to be out of line, it will be interesting to see if a new ScootRs disc hub is more central than an original Vespa PX one.

check the outside nuts as these can vary in thickness by as much as 1mm i know this isnt gonna solve your problem but if a thin on is on the wrong side and a thick on the other it can make 2mm offset possible i still had to use a packer on this set of forks to get the rim central

i have no problem with randall or scootrs stuff , but in your photo randall it does look like the tyre/wheel is around 5mm to the right ( as per photo) out of centre , it looks like the tyre is nearer the link bolt on the right than the left . i have one of your discs purchased around 2 years ago and it sits exactly the same slightly off centre to the right when looking from the front. when offered up inbetween the links the disc assembly sits spot on without moving the links inwards or outwards and if it did this it would be wrong because you would be putting pressure on the links and the bushes/washes would wear out very quickly, if the disc assembly was narrower i could have put extra washes or an extra nut on the right to space the unit over but i couldnt because it sat spot on between my links, i have run the disc like this for 2 years and i dont have any problems with handling . if the speedo cast section was modified ( which might be what has been done to later discs) it may then be possible to put an extra half nut on the right to get the wheel central .

Thanks for your replies folks.
I have redone everything and checked again.
The rubber buffers have the same height but they are behaving different under pressure of the springs.
This results that the front axle is not horizontal and the tyre is not properly alligned.
I´ve ordered some italian quality rubber buffers and will fit them as soon as they arrive at my place.
I keep you guys updated with the results.
note: The speedo cable guide will not stay in this place
