You could buy a kit more suitable for what you want.

Did the peddlar that sold it you say it'd be suitable for all the other bits you've got, or just take your money, smirking?

I'm most interested in finding a gear set that makes it work so I can drive through all the gears in something other than a straight line. This will not be an a'bout town bike.

I already had the Li150 gear set, so no big deal if I have to buy another set. I've built it up as I've gone along.

my rb 22 ran fantasic though the gears with a li 150 box . now running a italian gp bit better in first and second as it don't lift the front so easy but both have the same final drive 5.2 . tried diferent sprockets on both boxes and standard is best... 16 was best on the li150 if you plan to do lots of motorway ridding ..my mate runs a rb20 with a standard 150 pacemaker box and it goes like stink .he tried a 16 front sprocket but went back to standard 15 as it was more fun to ride.

Go for the Li150 box and use 18x47, if this isnt to your taste then you can change sprocket or gear boxes until you get it right....thats what id do. wouldnt buy anything else until i had tried that..

try your li150 box with 15x46 if it is too low then go to 16 front sprocket it you cant pull 4th without screeming it in 3rd then change crown wheel to 47 teeth.

Thats 4.4  i think you'll struggle with that
With an Li150 box you'd be better with 15/46=5.2 or 16/47=5.00 with std. chains but it depends on the pipe and how you want to ride ;)
When i was young my Mom said "if you haven't got anything nice to say, say nothing at all " ..................... and people wonder why I'm quiet around them !
