I have to have sgs inspect my lambretta so there just checking the vin frame and engine numbers or are they checking more

Got a letter saying my lambretta model c needs to be inspected by sgs what dose this inspection involve and what are sgs looking for also when dose the sgs booking line open I phoned at arround 5pm and no one answered

Well a speedometer was an optional extra on the model c you could have one but mine dose not and with plenty of speed cameras around I want to know how fast I'm going and my insurance company want mileage they ask you that everytime you renew or do I just tell them the scooter dose not have a speedo
