not quite :D we do have 5 kids !!!! and a labrador, but if we eat smart price beans every day for a month that will save alot and then i can find the rest by selling a kidney :lol:

It's nice to see the old celette jig brackets being put to use , did you figure out your own bracket selection for the lambretta frame ? I e done many a car on that sturdy old jig but never seen it adapted for a scoot

along long time ago (in a galaxy far far away as i was only a lad) i used to burn my rdlc out alot and when i had it rebored the guy who did it me used to tell me to wash it out in a bucket of hot soapy water !!! and then dry it out with a towel , i never had any issues doing it that way

just cut around the edge with an airsaw but dont catch the lip on the loop what the door sits in , then slowly grind away the weld around the lip ,if you do it carefully you wont need to do much repair work with filler
