Best advice is change the cdi to a readspeed Zeus one.

new PX125 with SIP Road 2 - Jets?
On a standard px125, When removing a Cat exhaust and replacing with a SIP road 2, what is the correct set up of the jets? i imagine this is quite a common set up these days? Using a drilled air filter
I was thinking 160 ac / be3 mixer / 102 main.

reading with interest............ oggy - as you know i've got a sitoplus on mine, with the engine as standard. The top speed has dropped off mine since i swapped the filter to a drilled one. main jet on mine is now 100. It definately runs better uphills and in 2nd/3rd is quicker but drops out at hig...

i wouldnt mind knowing the answer to this also, mine is a 62 plate px 125 euro that has had the cat exhaust removed. sito plus on it now.

Daft, newcomers question.... Would you need to alter the jetting or anything if you replaced the restricted CDI with a de-restricted one? Im about to fit a sito-plus and upjet to replace the cat exhaust my 64 plate px125 has. Its currently a 96 main jet. After that , the others things to do would be...
