Cheers Scooterdude. I think mines a bit thirsty. 40 miles to about 6 litres but still running in. Only done about 150 miles since build.

That said i know lots of people have problems with the DVLA. I think it depends on who looks at your paperwork. That statement is bang on. I sent all the correct paperwork through to the Dvla and they rejected it saying I didn't have a certificate of conformity??( You don't need one when registering...

Series 2 throttle side rebuild tutorial
Is there a tutorial to rebuild the throttle side of the handlebar. I have got a bit of slop in the throttle. Looks like the control rod is worn. It looks quite simple but I'd rather follow a tutorial.

Tried it with hot water and grease. Still won't go all the way over the pedal. There must be different type of covers. Hard plastic types and rubber ones.

Kickstart pedal cover
Any tips on fitting a kickstart pedal cover. These plastic ones are a pig to fit. I can get it so far on but not all the way so it slightly laps over the inside of the pedal.
