Re: Anti dive for spauq

I think disc brakes / anti dive are a bit like marmite. Some people love them some dont. Its good that you have a workable solution. Hopefully you will have trouble free riding. As for mine bearing in mind what Minority had said, when i got in from work, straight into the shed and checked mine. The ...

Re: Anti dive for spauq

Is the above comment for me Minority. You may be correct. But to be honest I do not know either way. In the end i just followed the advice given to me by Rayspeed. Maybe i should of persevered with the anti dive. But i just figured they know more than i do, it was a problem for me they solved. I jus...

Re: Anti dive for spauq

Last year i fitted a scootsrs disc brake kit. I had no end of trouble with it. I could not get the anti dive bracket far enough up the forks to get the correct angle. I rode it but it kept locking. I went to scarborough and my kickstart snapped off. So i called at Rayspeed and got them to fit a new ...

Re: Padlocking Back Brake Pedal

Sad for the scooter owners. I have also seen a CCTV video were a scooter was parked in someone's work carpark. A van pulled ...

Re: Adapting a 42mm Clubman exhaust.

I saw your post on Faceache and was also interested. I was hoping you would get an answer for this. The other problem i have, the tail pipe is angled upwards. This causes black oily deposits to end up all over the back of the side panel. I am sure im running too rich and a bit too much oil. But i pr...

Re: I have the frame number. Can I find the registration number?

Is it an import? Or was it a Uk registered scooter? If its an import you need It to be on the Nova system Dating certificate these only have a shelf life of a year. V55/5 i think it is. As its less than 40 years old i think it will need an MOT. But i have heard some guys have registered it without a...
