Tried adjusting the cable but couldn't improve it . I've stripped it today and the first thing I found wa...

Bit of advice needed guys, if your opening out the transfer ports in the engine casing, what's the maximum you would take them out to? Ie the wall thickness?

Re: BGM225 carb set up
I looked on the MB site but they give two or three options for each jet and needle etc.
I was hoping some one might have the same set up so I had a starting point.

Re: Which kit BGM/RT or Mugello
Hi guys thanks for all the feed back. The reason I went for these two kits is im just finishing restoring a US spec Jet Performer. So I have the battery fitted which leaves me with the carb coming out to the left. Also the nicasil barrel was a major factor as I run a mugello 200 at the moment on my ...

If I went for the BGM, what exhaust have any of you used.
Would it run ok with a JL 3?

Which kit BGM/RT or Mugello
Guys whats your opions on these two kits.
I've been looking at he BGM kit using a 110 rod and the Mugello 225 using 116 rod.
I'm unsure of which one to go for and if theres even any differance in the performance ill get.
Just wanted to get your thoughts

Re: Serveta 200 with a snapped crank, ooops :-(
Guys thanks for all the replys. The oil issue is worrying me. Ever since the engine was built I was using red rock oil auto lube. Never realising I should have been using the blue. I only realised my mistake a month ago and swapped to the blue pre mix. The trip to Woolacoombe was my first long journ...
