Hi thanks for you replies,all sorted now i made sure there was no paint on the pins then noticed that there was a small amount on the centre boss which was causing centre of disc to bind what a dickhead thanks again

Im struggling to set up my inboard disc conversion wondered what im doing wrong.I have put new seals in the slave cylinder this pushes back nice and easily by hand new pads but every time I set up the static pad ie back it off half a turn wheel spins freely pull brake lever it then seems to bind sli...

Hi glad you've got the piston back in good thinking using g clamp obviously piston is tight in slave cylinder just wondered if it returns ok and does not bind

Hi i had the same problem with an MB one new seals and couldnt get the piston back in got it over the first seal but wouldnt budge over the second one.Was using just brake fluid as a lubricant then resorted to red rubber grease and although tight did go in.Just make sure it is RED RUBBER grease as t...
