fitted it all yesterday been out for a bit of a ride and covered about 30-40 miles, plugs running a bit lean so im gunna put a 130 in and it should run spot on, before anyone says thats too big, my airfilter is pretty haggid and has the heart drilled out rather large aswell lol

i might be wrong and forgive me if i am but im pretty sure thats a sign of pre ignition so the timings out and will soon hole the piston if it carries on like that, but await the reply of more seasoned professionals

have decided to go with a 172 kit on my t5, il be using the standard carb and sterling right hand exhaust atm i have drilled a hole in the heart on the filter and its currently running a 116 main jet and standard timing, what timing should i use and wheres a good starting point with the jetting and ...

whats the rough cost of chiselspeed machining a f@@ked polini kit out to a suzuki conversion, as ive got a mate with a blown 152 top end i cant possibly get my hands on.
