i dont really think it matters what class your in, we did make changes this year to give the geared scooters a chance where autos were running in the same class, its all about what you can get out of your scooter and to be fair your racing yourself, i could be put up into a comp class if i cant make...

sonny i spose it cud be done if you had a ratchet system on the gear linkage on top of the engine so the ram pushed forwards , then returned ready to push forward again. mite be difficult to change back down tho. the neutral where 1st sounds good .mite get 5 gears in there then. you could always try...

jl3 with that gearing as its abit tall for a revier pipe. but i could be wrong, lets see what other ppl think. i had much the same setup with a jl3 and it was good for eating up miles if you do them .tim
