Any chance you could get your hands on a 30 mil dellorto maybe borrow one off a mate, there's loads of proven set ups with this carb..I've searched here and the net and not much set up info with that exhaust and standard carb..the delly would bring better performance from the pipe.. You should reve...

the carb is defo a 22mm jetex the main jet is 118 choke jet is 50 and the slow running is a 45
its just run in

i wouldnt use hypoid gear oil cos it may make your clutch slip ,but heres some info for you :lol: http://www.ehow.com/about_5729620_hypoid-gear-oil_.html use st90 or straight sae90 order st 90 from MB scooters, hypoid oil has additives and can attack the bronze bush in the clutch i ordered 2ltrs fr...
