Hi. Never had the tick=over problems you describe and have used all weights (my pref=the 'mid' 1.8 kg)

Suggest your missfire issue is to do with pick-up missalignment with the trigger on the current flywheel.

(Trying to kewp it a simple logical diagnosis work through here).

Yes: Standard options are either standard 107mm rod 60mm stroke crank or 116mm rod 60mm stroke crank. The 116 would be my preference in your shoes
