Re: Indian lightened electronic flywheel.

I have the MB version which is welded and lightened, quality piece of kit!
The effect on the dyno was not really noticed (also fitted the BGM stator and retard unit) but the reduced weight on the crank will be beneficial.

MB Selector spring

Has anyone used the uprated selector spring from MB, i have just had a new gearbox built and i opted for all the 'race tour' parts (layshaft, bearings etc...) the actual selection is very hard and needs two hands to select 1st! we have re looked at the box and all parts are moving freely and toleran...

Re: Monza Gearing

The power/torque curve comes in quite early and then a straight curve to maximum power at 6000rpm and revs on to 8200, the feeling on the road is you need a 5th gear as the engine can easily pull through low revs in any gear.
As above it feels like it runs out of gears

Rear Drum Quality

Does anyone have any specific feedback on the fitment and quality of the non original rear drums on offer, i am currently looking for a replacement and the options seem to be: 1. SIL genuine - Not currently in stock anywhere? 2. FA Auto - The MBD site quotes the quality of these is not ideal and the...

why dont you try 19/47
is your gearbox italian or indian?
how do you like to ride balls out or steady/brisk?
do you ride solo or 2 up?
I think i need a 'stretched' chain for the 19/47, the gearbox is Indian so the 3rd/4th is quite close, definately a steady/brisk rider and always solo

Monza Gearing

Just had a new Monza 225 engine set up at Replay and now looking at the gearing as like the TS1 is very revvy on standard GP200 gearing (18/47) The engine is running a 30mm PHBH and Franspeed JL3 and dynoed at 22.6hp, my question is has anyone ran 20/47 to achieve 4.7 instead of the usual 19/46 (4.8...
