Reed valve crank clearance
Does it matter what the clearance is on reed cranks against the housing outside edge of crank ? ie thin edges.
If i had the housing enlarged to 100mm diameter and then used a standard reed crank would it work ?

Pinasco 62mm crank
anybody know what size the big end pin is and is it straight (not concentric). Wonder if you could put a DRT 2mm concentric pin in to take it out to 64mm stroke.

Re: New pinasco casings
I'm gonna be using a slave casing which will be heavily welded and machined to take cylinder, wondered if there was a difference in strength in the rest of casing between p2 and T5 ?

Re: Kingwelle 64mm crank
Vespa Kingwelle 64mm crank for P2 more worried about web size and possibly having to machine cases to fit webs than worrying about the rod making contact.
