Re: GP150 - Respray Price
Thanks for all your help guys. I think the guy will do a good job - he was recommended and he has done plenty of scooters before. I will ask him about number of coats though. I assume the more coats the better the finish. I assume you need a lot of preparation to give a better base as well. If I sou...

GP150 - Respray Price
I have a GP150 that needs respraying. The frame is good and there is minor work to do on panel filling, etc. A sprayer (who was recommended by another sprayer who couldn't do it because he couldn't do metallic pearlescent) quoted me £600-£700 to give it a "good job". I thought the price ...

It swtarted ok at the time and for the next few days but won't start now. It kicks over but just won't fire. Fuel's good but no spark. I need t...

Sorry ricspeed, but if I look on the page they are appearing every time. Could it be a setting on your pc? Try going to Tools/Internet Options/Advanced, then look for Multimedia and make sure "Show pictures" is ticked. Sorry if I'm telling you something you already know.

Indian GP150 - Can only get better!
My Indian GP150, prior to restoring. The Indians coated it with grease for shipping so all the white paint is stained. Lousy paint job anyway. Got lots of ideas as to what I eventually want it to look like. First of all I need to get it running (It used to start when I first got it), then MOTd, then...

Re: My 76' Indian GP Restored by me..!
Nice paintjob - Lovely colour. Your scooter looks like mine when it arrived. The Indians coated it in grease to ship it and all the paint is stained. Lousy paintjob anyway! It won't start at the moment. I need some help to get it going again, then the plan is to getting it MOTd, registered, then sta...

Help for Harrogate Restoration
About 5 years’ ago I bought an Indian SIL GP150 (1979 model). When I first bought it, the then owner, who had just imported it, was able to start it by putting one hand over the (perished) rubber air intake boot attached to the carburettor, whilst simultaneously kick-starting it. It ran quite well...
