According to the Scooter Center catalogue the bgm pwk connecting stub is 70mm from the base. Mikuni TM24 is 60, TM30 is 70, and TMX35 is 85.

I've just measured a bgm 30mm and the overall width, bell mouth to the end of the inlet stub is 83mm, hope that helps.

thanks guys, im using a jimmers manifold with a tmx30 mikuni (which is so much nicer than the 35mm) but im trying to use the breath sweet cam lam filter. it goes on but is tight against the series 1 panel. if i glue some felt to the rubber where it touches the panel to stop it wearing then it should be fine but i was hoping that the keihin was the same depth as the tmx35 which fits fine with a filter.

the mikuni tmx30 is 88mm so 5mm saving is good but im not sure i want to swap just yet when there is the option of a modified manifold.

ive got alternative filters too so ill try them on the dyno on wednesday.
