rear BGM shock settings

Can anyone post the correct settings for a BGM rear shock. They came with instructions for thers stator plate? Anyway im about 131/2 stone on a good day and sit right over the back shcok but never 2 up... 
Its put on with the writing right way up to the top. All i have done so far is set both the top and bottom both at half way but would ideally like to set it up for a more sporty ride. which way to go....?
