Hi, I ordered some Phennol gearing grease but it didn't arrive today which is a real bummer as I really need to get my Euro engine build started this weekend. My question is, how much difference will using Castrol LM instead make? it is a high melting point grease after all and my engine won't be a screamer.

What to do, go ahead and use LM (I used it in my Muggy 6k miles ago) or wait a week and loose one of my few remaining weekends :?

I have always used

Comma High Performance Bearing Grease from Halfords....seems a bit thicker than the Castrol LM.
