They are indeed the way forward ........ same direction as 90% of scooter users are going when they're indicating. :!:
I nearly knocked one over in the van yesterday, plonker was indicating he was turning left and carried straight on.

yeah i hopped over the fence and had a look aswell ,looking good mate 8-)

one q ....are the indicators personal choice or legal requirement due to age of scoot?

yeah, there is a lot to be said for indicators, particulary at night.
you can get some quite trick rear light units for bikes now, that have indicators built into the lens, saves having any ugly stalks going on.

and yep, your bike is looking very smart martinr, you do knock out some quality builds.

Reflective strips on the backs and middle finger of your gloves can have a high visual impact, too.

cheers guys :biggrin: les ive got switch from a gp indicator model so it fits into a normal switch housing im going to switch the high/low beam with the ignition switch. ricspeed its a 1977 model so its my choice to put them on im just trying a few differant things ive also put an alarm on it with a remote fob when the alarm is turned on/off all the indicators flash a couple of time just like a car :D its cool as feck
