Is there an easy way to fit a jl stub to a ts1 barrel? Trying to fit one and there doesn't seem to be enough room to tighten the nuts as they catch on the outside of the stub.
Also, anyone remember the person selling the stainless extended exhaust nuts as I've lost his details.
Thanks.

Might have to run a file down the sides (or angle grinder), i had to do this on my RB, seems some jl stubs are a tad thicker .

Be careful if you file them as the welding is thin and you'll soon hit fresh air. Dunno what sort of idiot would do that though.

Thanks for the replies.Found some long stainless steel ones (I'd lost) made from 10mm hex bar and turned down.Don't think the jl stub would have been able to be ground enough to fit 11mm nuts without being too thin.
We should start a new thread where we could all list the parts we buy for our scoots which actually fit without any fettlin. That wouldn't go on for very long would it :D
