"We are sorry that your customer has had a problem with one of our products
due to a ripped valve. Kindly ask him to send some pictures of the tube
valve area as well as of the inside of the rim at valve hole area.
Furthermore please ask him for the production code of the tube; it is
printed in white letters like on the attached picture. For our analysis it
would be good to get the tube back. Without an analysis, it would be
difficult for us to evaluate if it's a product failure or damage due to use."
