whats the best carb for an rb kit

Depends on what RB kit you have for starters? I have a 30m delly on my rb20 and thats fine, 34 was to big.... :(

I used to run a TMX 35 on mine [RB 230] but have since changed to the TMX 30 PJ becase the 35mm does everthing ok and is shallower, but you can fine tune the 30mm a little better as you can change the atomiser and run a smaller main and compensate for that with the PJ, other people swear by dellys, stick with what your used to working with would be my addvice.
