Lambro Rear Wheel Size

Hi there i am restoring (modifying) a 1959 Lambro FLI 175 S2. I would like to upgrade the 4" x 8" tyres to 4" x 10" tyres but i have never done anything like this before. Can someone assist in letting me know how I should go about this?
