hi all, have just had my second bgm rear shock come away from the bottom rubber bush mounting point,
seem to getting to much side strain and popping off. what could this be caused by? Frame is a 69 gp
which till recently had original engine and shock, now new indian casing and bgm shock . shock goes on very easy
so is it the frame or casings? how can i tell? also, please could someone give me the right to add attachments so i can add some
pictures of fault and add some dyno graphs i have.

many thanks poppygun

you may need to add a thin repair washer eitherside of the shock eye the same dimentions as the center hole (18mm) and what ever the dimension of the eye or eyes is externally not that ive done it ;) couse theres never a problem with BGM stuff..................... apparently  or contact the importer in the first instance as these have a 2 yr warranty

I had the same problem, as shocky said you may have to shim up the shocker on its mounts until its got no side strain on it, also found on the frame mount I needed one of Mb's specialy machined nuts as the standard half type dosn't sit correctly, Mb also do washers to shim the shocker if you can't be arsed dremeling washers out. ;)

Gearbox shims will do the job.
