front brake

std disc converted to hydrolic,got a cable of chiggy with swaged handle bar end banjo,have to thread through the stem an the fork tube,any one know how to connect it to the other end? got the correct olive and screw cover just need to know do i ,dose the olive sit on the plastic inner of the cable???

There's no need to thread the brake pipe down the forks ,if thats what you mean.Take off the horn stem and thread it down the headset next to the alloy wiring clamp and down thru the mudguard gasket to the slave cylinder. Fit the pipe nut to the hose, I presume it's stainless braided?,then spread the braiding out and push the olive onto the inner nylon pipe.I now trim the excess braiding off ,leaving some slightly covering the olive,push the banjo union into the olive and thread the nut up.It's just a case then of tightening fully and ending up with no twists.

Its for my chopper,thats why down the fork stem and only the handel bar end swaged on,but thanks for the info on the bottom fitting.just the job. :)

one more? ,how do i avoid twisting????
