snapped 1 of the 3 bolts that hold on the kickstart ramp, the two remaining bolts are fine and torqued down well.
Will the remaining 2 bolts be ok to hold it in place securely?
**It will be repaired/replaced as soon as i have the tools/time to do so.

Dodgy IMO
Innocenti put 3 bolts there for a reason- with one now U/S, it only takes another to go (remember 2 bolts are now doing the work of 3), and the ramp could move round/ break off completely= possible busted casing/ gearbox/ chain etc etc.
Thereagain, the 2 bolts could hold it for another 40 odd years........
It will always be at the back of your mind- particularly when you're driving fast!

as it's already off now is the time to repair it properly.
it would probably go when the kickstart returns to it on starting, the tab on the lever should prevent things moving too far, but still could be messy...
it would prey on my mind, I'd sort it out now.

i would also advise that you mend it now.....
as you will now have the stress compounded to only two bolts instead of the three originals...
its a bit like that chrismass tree light scenario....once one blows ,it puts more stress on the others ...and before you know it ..they all blow..
