If your light has the reflector that's part of the fitting then you'll need to grind the curved parts off.

There are two rivets which secure the flat plat to the plastic housing Timbo. You'll have to punch them out.

Don't get punching holes in that Tim. I was only referring to the metal plate which you need to remove from the light unit. Remove that and see how this LED thingy sits before you go mad with the drill.

Give us a picture with the LED unit alongside the hole so we can get an idea of size and how it might fit.
