LTH or Worb5/MMW Antidive

Anyone using either of these antidive hydraulc disc brake setups? How is it and how does the calliper carrier/speedo housing pivot on the spindle? it looks like the speedo drive lug would prevent full movement on suspension rebound 
Also is there a bearing or bush on the spindle at this point?
