MP5 VESPA Paperino - The first ever scooter from Piaggio

The MP5 was built in 1945, MP standing for MotorPiaggio, Enrico Piaggio called this one the Paperino (Donald Duck in English).

So we were in Pontedera at the Vespa Museum and I took some photos of this








Two years later in the land of Pho & Rice Noodles we have this from SSC


















It's as heavy as a tank, steers like an oil tanker and is as slow as a slug but I think it's brilliant.
