Well, I'd heard about them, knew they are shite.. And I truly did not know I had one on my scoot..
Already lost a stud, and had used a couple of bolts as a get me home..
Heard and felt that 'ticking noise' again.. Loose rims, decided to replace with a spare SIL, and was toying with getting my alleged Innocenti hub repaired.
Don't think I'll be bothering now!!
Proof if needed that they are shite!
Now I need to track down where my Innocenti hub went..

Say no more.
You should get one of those new Uni Auto hubs. I was looking at one the other weekend and they are the best I've seen to be honest.

Have to agree, bought a uni hub a couple of months back on the recommendation of surrey scooters. Can't fault it, seems very good.

Hi Adrian,
sorry for not getting back to you about welding your hub. For the record I wouldn't weld one up,too risky. If your after a UNI hub try here;

Sold one middle of last year for £108, but Jaime had a VGC one for sale last week for £58, bought an excellent blasted one for £65 from Wicksteed last March and bought two NOS from a friend that brought them over from S.Africa, £35 each, all with cones. I'd say around £65-75 for a decent used one with cone.
