Hi, Iv'e been out of the Lammy scene for a couple of years, but proudly have a S2 Li150 to restore. Apart from the 175 kit, Mugello 186 kit, what's available for a 150 engine? Any recomendations welcome.
Cheers
Dave

True but not very well it would seem in some peoples cases..

Thing about doing what I said is that the owner then gets to know and understand the scoot, can make a few more mods to see if it improves and if it goes to far its not a mega bucks kit, as said before these barrels are no more than door stops so plenty available.. well thats my thoughts cos I cant afford a 'superfangdango' kit with all the extras that go with them...

My thoughts exactly, use your 150cc barrel, give Mick Abbey a call and speak to him he`s a cracking fella and really knows his stuff. I`m lucky enough to have the 150 that he did his test tune on and it goes like s**t of a shovell and its still being worked on.

cheers Ian

Ove, did you get it on the dyno in the end, and if so what BHP/Torque did you get? Is it revvy or a low down torque monster? :D

He did dapper it was knocking on the door of 13bhp not sure about the torque figures but I have re worked the all the ports again to improve all round performance + I have also packed out the inlet port & carb manifold with some devcon to increase the inlet charge speed and give a smoother flow into the port If all goes to plan it will be back at Sean's soon for Dan to give it another blast on his DYNO , if it pulls 15+bhp with a wide spread of torque I will be happy any more will be a bonus
Cheers
