Thought I would show you what im building down in Essex
Wife bought me this in October last year
Cut the rear off which was rotten, welded up the toolbox door and cut off the footboard supports
Shortened the legshield supports and reshaped a set of knackered legshields
Fitted a set of shortened footboards and trimmed up the front mudguard
Just working on the headset and forks at the moment, will put some more pics on as it progresses

It used to be my sons bed, when he moved out decided to cut that down and turn it into a work table

to build the cutdown on instead of on the floor like the first one i did five years ago

Time for an update I think, been working on it on and off since March
Fitted the engine tonight and had it at least looking like a scooter for the first time
Very happy with how its looking apart from I think I will need to raise the mudguard up a bit
Bit more work to do over the next few months
