sounds interesting......obviously theres the Suzi 225 kit, using the TS250 piston (note it needs a crank suitable for an 18mm small end bearing or a pin sleeve) and the Honda 205 using the MTX piston..

I think the largest oversize of the TS185 pistons is 66mm ....could this with a 60mm crank be what you are referring too?

no ythe late 70,s early 80.s rm 250 piston was 67mm i think there only single ring gp 4 race scooters mine inc used this piston
dont think they were that suatable for the road due to the one ring
oversize one here

they used to be cheap and worth using if you didnt mind the maching of the cylinder MB PISTONS do away with the need to use these old ones really but if you can get maching done for nowt and need to have a crank rebuilt why not put a 116/18 rod in there isnt gonna cost much more

measure the piston overall lenght and from the crown top to the center of the gudgeon pin the top of the piston should have something on like STD or.25 or .5

you reckon its just easier to take the piston itself to broadys to get a match?
