Dunno the cost to re-chrome but Quality Chrome sell them at £18.50. I'm assuming that they've chromed them in house.

I've got about 5 shite ones on my shelf collected over the years, half of them from Casa Lambretta. The only ones(s) that fit are from Scooter Restorations.Thy do need rechroming. Expect to pay £30+ for a top quality rechrome.

If yours is a good fit Id re-chrome it...quality chrome will charge about the same as a new one they sell as they would have to de-chrome it and prep it to get it to the standard they do....because there standards are very high,Carl just charged me £15 to chrome my polished dogleg levers..

Trouble is once they are pitted they don`t chrome very well as the pits are generally to deep to polish out nicely without more imperfections appearing, I tried some Casa ones at Kettering on an Italian headset and they fitted pretty good. 27 quid though
Keep on keepin on
