Got a bit of a knackered old long range tank at the weekend, I've got some sealant on the way and have filled and rubbed down ready for a coat of paint.

I was wondering if smoothright would be a good choice of paint? I doubt the finish will be brilliant but was more interested whether it would last with petrol and rust etc...?

Hi mate, fine to cover rust but will wrinkle like Nora Batty's tights if it comes into contact with petrol.
