mine is a 71mm mbd race tour piston, mbd head and 60mm mbd crank. i was warned not to go to long on the crank stroke with the ts1 or it becomes a vibe monster so 60/71 was the way i went. its smooth so that counts for me

what about gearing, carb and pipe are you using?
what does it ride like?
i got the barrel and the piston. just wondering about the best way to go about it.

tmx35 on an mb manifold modified for v force reeds but im going to try a 30mm mikuni when i get it dynoed to see the differance
i use the breath sweet filter and a b race stealth pipe
its been argued to the cows came home but i prefer torque than revs so thats how my engine is. i used a race pipe for a number of years and it flew and was reliable for all but the last 100 yards of 14k.
it rides nice, pulls away in second and im 15 stone and still seems to rev to 7500.
mine used to be road race tuned but now its much more of a tractor and much nicer. i would recomend riding someone elses before thinking about tuning.....less is more sometimes. try riding through a cobbled wet italian street with a road race tune then to hit the marble section as is common over there
others will disagree as its a matter of taste but the power delivery of 2x p200 motors bolted together would suite me perfectly, having said that if you just like screaming around town then a bit of a monster would be nice.
im concentrating on getting mine to handle at the moment though so im less scared to use what it does have....its in a series 1 with saddle seats...eeek
