Should fit on a standard 3-50 x 10 split or tubeless rim Ok.See previous topics about mixing Schwalbe tyres etc. Had 100/90 x 10 Zippy 1's on previous scoot, brilliant cornering. Don't know about rest of query tho.....................others on here will do.

Tubeless rims aren't the same size as std split rims which are 2.5" and 2.1" respectively. With tubeless rear and 100/90 you may get rubbing issues.
Which Sanderson disc do you mean? There is the Grimeca, which is a solid one piece wheel, or the hubs which you can specify whether you want tubeless or split rim version. Either way, you'd want wider on the rear or both the same size wheels. Have a look at the 2mm shim thread re. tyre sizes.

its the single disc non anti dive one ,on looking i dont think this can go tubless ,have no rubbing issues with the 100/90/10 on the rear which is a michelin dexter ,if i did go tubless and had an issue i think i would go with an extra shim on the hub, only has 3.0 /10 on the front. rear needs replacing so was going to put 100/90/10 on front and rear if theres no known issues with this

You should be fine but smaller front is preferred by the racers for better turning, they seem to know what they're doing.
