i have a gp 200 which seems to loosen its brass exhaust nuts every time i go out. i have tried
flat washer, flat washer and spring washer and now its double nuts. any one had this problem?

Suggest changing studs as well

Depending on what exhaust you are using? Double nut using high tensile if you can find them. The brass jobbies on some exhaust barrel combinations never work.

yeah, I'd go with that. or make up some tab washers, been threads on here about that

Use the tab washers that lock the upper chain tensioner studs/bolts...........worked for me.
