Evening peeps. Just trying to fit my new LTH threaded cable and just realized that its perfectly round. I try to reuse the small bit that clamps into the actioning arm but it obviously does not go through.. Any tips? Any ideas how does it get set up?
Cheers,
Jaime

LTH have not manufacturered this cable correctly. The cable will not fit the trunnion (the small bit that clamps into the actioning arm) without further modification. Why do people continue to put items on the market that don't fit?
I have sold over 500 of my own version of this cable, and I have never had a complaint and never had one returned.

Martin... My apologies mate. I knew you did these cables cause I read of it when you first launched it back in the LCGB forum. I thought you had come to a deal with LTH; in fact I thoght it was your exact cable I was buying and didn't want to disturb you... Yes, the thread is perfectly round. Lets see if my nearer machine shop can do something for it...
Cheers,
Jaime

we used to use C90 front brake cable back in the dark ages and had to file a flat on one side of the threads, then i saw the light and bought one off of Knowledge, spot on and with clear fitting instructions.

Got to admit that I'm the type of bloke that when I buy something, its got to fit and its got to work- there's too much crap flying about in the scooter world that does neither!
I'm probably developing into a "Grumpy Old Man" (been one for years says Mrs Bristolmod....)
Knowledges cables really are spot on- they fit and they work.

Thanks for the kind messages lads.
Jaime, you need do nothing more than "file a flat" on LTH's thread until the trunnion slips over the adjuster. It doesn't take more than a minute.
